The Role

The Client Service & Operations Associate ensures the day-to-day operations of our retirement plan advisory practice run smoothly. You’ll coordinate paperwork, manage timelines, and communicate with clients, advisors, and partners to ensure every task is completed correctly and on time.

Compensation

• Starting Salary: $60,000/year
• Bonus Potential: Up to 5% annually based on team goals plus up to 10% annually based on individual performance

Key Responsibilities

Client & Advisor Support

• Serve as a dependable administrative point of contact for clients and plan sponsors
• Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and ensure follow-up tasks are tracked and completed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and CRM records
• Prepare client deliverables and reports for advisor review
• We are willing to consider candidates who are in the process or willing to obtaining their licenses.

Operations & Project Management

• Coordinate with third-party administrators (TPAs), recordkeepers, and custodians on plan-related tasks
• Track progress on projects such as plan amendments, fund changes, or provider transitions
• Review and submit paperwork for new accounts, transfers, and plan updates
• Maintain workflow checklists, meet deadlines, and ensure all details are completed correctly
