Saint Joseph’s University has a need for highly qualified Assistant Professor of Practice (Non Tenure Track) for the Fall 2026 semester. This is a temporary replacement position with the possibility of renewal.This is an in-person, on-campus position with a teaching load of 4 classes per semester, which will be schedule during the day, with the possibility of an evening class.
We seek candidates with a demonstrated track record in teaching in at least two of these areas:
- Organizational Behavior
- Business Ethics
- Strategy
- Leadership
Assistant Professors of Practice teach 4 courses each semester.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Teaching of specified courses & Preparation of materials
Providing support and guidance to students (Student Advising)
Reporting grades as well as cooperating in program assessment
Representing the Management Department on University and Business School committees
Providing intellectual contributions (academic or professional) to the Haub School of Business
Uphold and comply with faculty responsibilities as described in the "Faculty Responsibilities" section of the Faculty Handbook.
Take part in program and department planning and in the establishment of department goals and objectives.
In addition to meeting all scheduled class session, Full Time non tenure-track faculty are expected to offer at least 4 hours of office hours each week.
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related area
Two years experience teaching in higher education

Estimated Pay Range
The estimated pay range for this position is $125,,000-$130,000 annually. The offered salary will be commensurate with work experience and educational background.
