About the Role: As a Front Desk Representative, you'll ensure smooth daily operations by managing customer service, scheduling, data entry, and cleanliness at the center. You will greet members, handle inquiries, check members in for sessions, and maintain accurate records, making a meaningful impact on every member’s experience What We're Looking For: Customer service experience (1+ year preferred) in a fitness, wellness, or membership-based setting Friendly, outgoing personality – loves making people feel welcome Organized and detail-oriented with good computer skills Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others Team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment
