Senior Analyst, Business Development

This role is responsible for leading strategic and financial analyses and due diligence for a wide range of business development activities, with a primary focus on exploring and evaluating external partnerships, alliances, and innovative business models. The Senior Analyst will help drive QVC's growth by identifying, assessing, and supporting the implementation of new partnership opportunities and adjacent business models—including digital, merchandising, and customer-focused initiatives.

• This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite in West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

• Analyze market trends and business opportunities to identify strategic partnerships and drive growth.
• Lead outreach and relationship-building with prospective partners, developing compelling value propositions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align partnership strategies with business priorities.
• Develop financial models, conduct due diligence, and support implementation of new business opportunities.
• Prepare high-quality analyses and presentations for senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions.
• Strong financial acumen, including modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
• Demonstrates QVC's leadership competencies: agility, accountability, and innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree.
• 7+ years' relevant experience, ideally in strategy consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Proven experience in M&A, financial analysis, and strategic partnership development.
