Facilities Technician

Our client, a luxury brand, is hiring a Facilities Technician to join the team onsite in Lititz, PA. This is a full-time position responsible for daytime facility maintenance, cleanliness, and appearance.

Job Duties Include:

• Clean and maintain workshop machinery and equipment.
• Change cleaning solutions and perform routine cleaning tasks including mopping, sweeping, and general cleaning.
• Maintain exterior building grounds, including blowing and clearing debris.
• Take inventory of Real Estate Operations stock items as needed.
• Perform shredding and general support tasks.
• Stock kitchens and prepare coffee.
• Set up catering and meeting rooms.
• Work collaboratively with other Real Estate Operations team members to complete projects.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to assist with additional tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications Include :

• High School Diploma or degree
• Basic math skills.
• Typing and data entry capabilities.
• Familiarity with shipping software.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Hand-eye coordination and alphanumeric recognition.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools.

Salary: $50,300
