Job Description
Ballers is seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook,
you’ll be responsible for preparing food to order, maintaining food safety and cleanliness
standards, and contributing to a smooth kitchen operation. The ideal candidate has experience in
a fast-paced kitchen and a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality meals.
Your day-to-day will include:
● Preparing and cooking menu items to spec and on time
● Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your station

● Following all food safety and sanitation procedures
● Assisting with prep work and kitchen opening/closing duties
● Communicating with teammates to ensure smooth service
● Managing inventory and minimizing food waste
● Supporting catering and special event food service as needed

Skills & Qualifications
● 1+ year of kitchen or line cook experience preferred
● Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety practices
● Serve Safe certification or ability to obtain
● Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
● Strong time management and multitasking skills
● Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
