2. Setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring they run efficiently and accurately.
3. Monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy and prevent errors.
4. Inspecting and measuring completed projects with precision tools, ensuring products meet all necessary specifications.
5. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with CNC machines.
6. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
7. Collaborating with team members and sharing knowledge of best practices.
8. Maintaining an inventory of equipment and tools, and ordering new supplies as needed.
9. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry advancements. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
2. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and CAD/CAM files.
3. Extensive knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation.
4. High level of mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to use precision tools to take accurate measurements.
6. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
7. Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. High school diploma or equivalent required; certification or degree in a relevant field preferred.
11. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and parts.
12. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
