About the Role:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, supporting daily activities and ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the supervising nurse
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Document patient care and interactions accurately
Required Qualifications:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous CNA experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed, helping reposition patients
Additional Requirements:
- Must be flexible with scheduling
- Availability for open shifts required, negotiable to a degree!
