Overall, the job is to make sure customers feel welcomed, cared for, and valued. You created a warm and welcoming environment for patrons from the moment they entered the establishment.
Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
Answer phones regarding reservations/wait lists/transfer to other departments.
Bussing of guests tables will be required by you during peak times for next seating.
Ability to pack up take out per each ticket order.
Must have the following: Customer Service, People Skills, Professionalism, High Energy, Multitasking, Thoroughness, Organized, Planning and Basic Math.
