Roscoe Physiotherapy Co. is a privately owned outpatient orthopedic clinic in Hermitage, PA. We’re growing and looking to add a motivated Physical Therapist to our team.

This position is ideal for a new grad or early-career PT who wants strong mentorship, a reasonable caseload, and a supportive environment focused on quality care.

What We Offer

• Starting salary: $68,000–$75,000 , with clear performance-based raises
• Average caseload: 42–46 visits per week
• Mentorship from Clinic Owner and Head PT

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one care and patient education
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent outcomes
• Document efficiently and accurately

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible in PA)
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics
• Strong communication and people skills
• Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Values high-quality care and great patient experience
