At Jason’s Lawn Maintenance, LLC, we take pride in being the most professional and reliable service in our community. As a Team Member, you will be performing physical outdoor tasks assigned to you by your team leader like mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, pruning, and using hand or power tools to maintain lawns and landscapes. We work in a team environment to provide high quality services while maintaining our companies core values.

Key Responsibilities:

Teamwork and Safety: Follow instructions, operating as a team, maintaining a safe work environment, and adhering to company safety protocols and standards.

Lawn Maintenance: Mowing, edging, trimming, and using a backpack blower to clean off our clients properties in an efficient manner.

Landscape Maintenance and Installs: Maintaining landscape areas by weeding and racking, as well as assisting with mulch and rock installation, and planting shrubs, bushes, etc...

Seasonal Clean Ups: Performing spring and fall clean ups, clearing brush and overgrowth, and loading debris into trucks or trailers.

Client Interactions: Communicating professionally with a helpful attitude to clients as needed.

Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Assist in keeping truck and trailer clean and organized daily, and maintaining equipment as needed. Reporting any issues to your team leader in a timely fashion.

Essential Skills:

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic is a must!
• Team oriented mindset.
• Physical stamina for outdoor labor.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc..)
• Attention to detail for quality work.
• Ability to operate basic landscape tools such as push mowers, string trimmers, and backpack blowers.
• Valid drivers license is a plus but not required for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay rate is based on the experience of the applicant.

Applicants with little to no experience typically start at $17/hour with room to advance after training is successfully completed.

Experienced applicants can expect to be started at a minimum of $18/hour with room to advance after experience is verified and on boarding is complete.
