Floating F&I Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and professional Floating F&I Manager to join our expanding team. This role is integral to maintaining our high standards across multiple dealership locations, ensuring that each customer receives the best possible financing solutions in a seamless and customer-eccentric manner. Job Description: As the Floating F&I Manager, you will oversee and manage the finance and insurance processes across various C. Harper Auto Group dealership locations. Your expertise will be critical in guiding customers through the financing options available to them, ensuring that all transactions are executed with precision and compliance. This role demands a strong leader who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and proficient in both finance and customer relations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance and insurance operations across multiple dealership locations, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery.
- Provide expert consultation to customers on financing options, working closely with them to secure favorable terms and complete all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Present, explain, and sell a comprehensive range of finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, service plans, and gap insurance.
- Collaborate effectively with sales teams at each location to integrate finance processes seamlessly into the overall customer experience, driving sales success and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations governing automotive financing and insurance.
- Review, finalize, and ensure the accuracy of all financing agreements in partnership with financial institutions.
- Offer continuous training and development support to sales staff, enhancing their knowledge and effectiveness in presenting finance and insurance products.
- Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with lending partners and financial institutions, ensuring optimal financing options for our customers.
- Analyze financial performance metrics across locations, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results.
- Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues related to financing or insurance, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager within the automotive industry is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive finance, insurance products, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing responsibilities across multiple locations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in dealership management software, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness and ability to travel between dealership locations as required.
