ICF Manager
- Oversee daily staffing, scheduling, and payroll for DSPs and Unit Managers
- Support, coach, and collaborate with Unit Managers and direct care staff
- Interview, hire, onboard, and assist with training of new team members
- Work closely with Program Leadership and Human Resources to address staffing needs
- Support compliance with state and federal regulations, active treatment, and incident reporting
- Participate in meetings, committees, and emergency preparedness planning
- Maintain flexibility to meet staffing needs, including occasional after-hours support

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Supervisory experience (5 years preferred)
- Knowledge of behavioral programs and active treatment
- Experience with Microsoft Office and scheduling/payroll systems
- High School Diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
