This position is a co-managing veterinarian role, in which you will independently function as the Managing Veterinarian for two hospitals, delivering consistent medical leadership, mentoring teams, and supporting operations at both locations.

But you'll also provide vital medical leadership, oversee the veterinary team, ensure we follow all the rules, and cultivate an environment where exceptional pet care thrives. You'll develop medical protocols, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with the practice manager on finances, budgeting, and operational optimization.

Your Qualifications:

• Graduate from an AVMA-accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program and have an active license

Compensation

• Base salary of $130,000-$175,000 (dependent on experience)

• Production based bonuses

• Sign-on, retention, and relocation bonuses available

• Relocating MDVM's receive $20,000 or more towards stress-free relocation assistance with our corporate relocation partner
