Your New Role

• Lead industrial construction projects based in Fairview, Pennsylvania and surrounding service areas

• Plan, organize, and control projects to meet schedule, cost, and quality expectations

• Manage project material purchasing and subcontractor buyouts

• Complete material takeoffs and review submittals to ensure contract alignment

• Price and manage project changes while tracking production performance

• Coordinate daily with general superintendents and project superintendents

• Review monthly billings and subcontractor invoices for accuracy

• Work with field and office teams to resolve design and construction challenges

• Six to ten years of project management experience in heavy civil or industrial construction

• Valid drivers license

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time

• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail

• Extensive experience with public works projects such as sewer systems, water mains, roadwork, and bridges is preferred
