Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including heating and air conditioning equipment.
- Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, and related residential comfort systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and service calls in customer homes.
- Educate homeowners on repair options, maintenance plans, and potential system replacement solutions.
- Complete service documentation accurately using company-provided technology.
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service on every call.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems in the field.
- Troubleshoot furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and related components.
- Perform preventative maintenance and complete residential service calls.
- Communicate repair and replacement options clearly to homeowners.

- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience required.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and mechanical problem-solving skills.
- Experience servicing residential heating and cooling systems.
- Ability to complete service documentation using company technology.
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- EPA Universal Certification preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
- Experience discussing maintenance plans, repair recommendations, and replacement options with homeowners.
- Strong commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
