• Oversee daily school operations across admissions, education, student services, front desk, and administration
• Provide strong leadership through structured team support and communication
• Ensure the consistent implementation of our education curriculum
• Maintain and improve student attendance and retention
• Motivate and empower team members through recognition and career development
• Set and achieve strategic goals for student enrollment and job placements
• Report weekly to the corporate office on school performance and progress

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience (education industry preferred but not required)
• Ability to train, mentor, and inspire a team with respect and appreciation
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities
• Willingness to embrace and exemplify The Beauty Institute’s culture, mission, and vision
• Previous school experience is a plus but not required
