Job Description: A large healthcare system in the Philadelphia area/suburbs is looking to hire a IT Desktop Support Technician to join its End User Support team. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on technical support across hardware and software environments, including break/fix support, PC imaging, and software deployment initiatives. This position will also support the organization’s Windows 11 migration.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Provide desktop support for laptops, PCs, and mobile devices (including iPhone)
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, break/fix, and imaging
- Support software deployment and migration projects
- Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN network issues
- Provide printer support (HP printers)
- Deliver remote technical support to end users
Requirements:
- 3+ years Desktop Support
- Experience with hardware and software for Lenovo PC/Laptop
- Strong HP Printers break fix experience (Maintenance Kits, rollers, fuses)
- Windows 10, 11 and Office 365
- Strong tier II troubleshooting experience
