What You'll Do

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Conduct strategic legal research and analysis
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes with precision
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk
• Manage a diverse caseload with autonomy and efficiency
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff

What We're Looking For

• JD from an accredited law school and license to practice law
• 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense, premises liability, or commercial disputes
• Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive both independently and in a team
• Strong analytical thinking and a solutions-oriented approach
