Now Hiring: Runner / Busser: Seasonal Beer Garden
The PHS Pop Up Garden on South Street is looking for a part-time Runner/Busser to join our team for the 2026 season. This is a unique opportunity to work outdoors in a vibrant, high-volume environment that blends hospitality with a lush, community-centered atmosphere.
About the Role
We’re seeking someone who’s proactive, hardworking, and comfortable moving fast while keeping the guest experience smooth and positive. This role is key to keeping our garden clean, stocked, and running efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Running food and drinks to guests accurately and efficiently
- Bussing tables and wiping down surfaces
- Stocking water stations, sauces, and restocking bathrooms
- Keeping the garden organized and trash-free
- Supporting the kitchen and bar teams with communication and restock as needed
- Maintaining a positive attitude and team-first mentality during busy shifts
Requirements:
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume restaurant/bar environment
- Familiarity with basic food service operations
- Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Ability to lift, carry, and be on your feet for long periods
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate clearly with both guests and team
Details:
- Part-time, seasonal (March through October)
- Evening shifts during the week required
- $8/hr + tips
- Staff meal and drink per shift included
