Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking individuals who will be responsible for managing and developing existing customer relationships as well as prospecting new customers to maximize revenue and profitability. Daily, you will identify customer field service, industrial services and transportation needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements while providing superior customer service. You will also collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of work from start to finish. Account Executive Mission: Increase revenue by acquiring new business *Grow new accounts and expand existing accounts*Provide customer sales support and promote communication between sales, operations, customer service and customers
*Ability to interact and build relationships, make customer calls and close new business opportunities
*Schedule and make face-to-face sales calls both independently and with the management team
*Generate leads and attract new prospects to develop a sales pipeline
*Work with management and operations team to qualify potential new accounts and sales development
*Manage the setup process for new accounts including assisting in obtaining needed documents for credit approval
*Be able to think strategically around customer problems to deliver value propositions
*Maintain a growing portfolio of accounts by working with the operations team to develop a business continuity strategy and excellent customer engagements
*Have strong negotiation skills in pricing and contract agreements
*Ability to quote customers accurately and in detail
*Electronically track and maintain leads and contacts
*Display a strong ability to multi-task
*Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
*Knowledge of State & Federal Waste Code Regulations as needed
*Ability to travel as needed Benefits
*Base salary (based on experience) + commission package
