The Position:

We are looking for a fun, energetic Client Services Consultant to join our sales team to provide excellent customer service to our clients. If you enjoy creating memorable customer experiences and want to be a part of a small, fun and caring team who has a love for food, this job is for you!

A Day in the Life:

• Provide product expertise and excellent customer service, while building positive customer relationships.
• Advise customers on and demonstrate baby gear (infant car seats and strollers).
• Upsell other family lifestyle products.
• Educate customers on products/services offered by Kids ‘N Kribs.
• Use POS technology to complete customer transactions/communications, both in-store and online.
• Re-stock and display merchandise in an appealing manner.
• Gift wrap merchandise as part of customer shopping experience.

Job Requirements:

• Problem solving abilities and an attention to detail
• A passion for building customer loyalty and representing the Kids ‘N Kids brand
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and mobile devices
• The ability to lift products up to 45 lbs. to and from display platforms
• The ability to thrive in a small team, non-commissioned team sales environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Self-starter
• Desire to learn
• Ability to talk to customers in a friendly and approachable manner
• Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Previous experience with specialty store and retail sales is a plus!

Onsite, Part-Time, 32 hours per week, 8 hour shifts

• Pay: $15-16 per hour based on experience
• Schedule: Every Saturday and rotating Sundays, plus hours during Tuesdays through Fridays
