Board analyst

Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, your main responsibilities will include

• Maintains good standing and certification status as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
• Serves as a resource person for parents and staff
• Assist teachers in designing appropriate instructional programs and environmental settings
• Assists teachers in developing and planning individual modifications for students develops, conducts, or assists with professional learning sessions
• Serves as a certified instructor for Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) and conducts trainings as needed
• Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments, or assists in the development of Functional Behavior Assessments
• Develops or assists in the development of Behavior Improvement Plans
• Assists teachers in the development of systems to track and analyze data
• Attends ARD meetings as needed
• Conducts assigned duties in a manner that is professional, ethical and responsible
• Keeps informed of, and complies with Federal, state, district regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements of Job:

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification (BCBA)
• 2+ years of experience working as a BCBA.
