HIRING FOR FORKLIFT OPERATOR ROLES, PAY $18/HR

We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our team. This role requires working C or D shift: 7am - 7:15pm or 7pm - 7:15am on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday. The position involves operating a Stand-Up forklift to manage inbound and outbound shipments, loading and unloading trucks, and handling full pallets to ensure products are correctly stored.

• Operate Stand Up forklift for inbound and outbound shipments, loading and unloading trucks.
• Pick full pallets and store products accurately.
• Ensure quality control by paying attention to detail, especially with FDA-regulated products.
• Identify and correct mistakes, ensuring compliance with GMP/SOP standards.

• Experience operating a stand-up forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in using computer systems and RF Scanners.
• Stable work history with reliable attendance.

• Familiarity with GMPs/SOPs is a bonus.
• Experience with SAP/Inventory systems is advantageous.

The work environment is a large, 500,000 square ft. semi-climate-controlled warehouse with 40 employees. The facility is brand new, with air conditioning in the summer but no heat in the winter due to product temperature requirements. The site serves as a distribution hub for chocolate manufacturing, dealing with chocolate liquor, powders, cocoa butter, and more.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
