Tech I Clinical Support
Responsibilities:
• Assist the pharmacist in obtaining authorization for pharmacy services as requested; validate insurance coverage and communication with patients by telephone
• Gather information for the initial admission of new patients and review all new charts to ensure that all necessary nursing paperwork is included
• Manage the schedule for patient deliveries, manage inventory, create and maintain supply templates in the pharmacy computer data base
• Document all supply management activities in the patient medical record
• Participate on call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs Required Qualifications
Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• Minimum 1 year of experience
Position is not remote, must be available to work onsite Preferred Qualifications
National Pharmacy Technician certification preferred
2+ years of IV compounding experience Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required Anticipated Weekly Hours

Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
