High-Paying Urology Opportunity – $500/Hour | Pennsylvania VA System
Practice LocationsPrimary service at Lebanon VA Medical Center , with coverage across four outpatient clinics:
- York, PA
- Mechanicsburg, PA
- Berks/Wyomissing, PA
- Lancaster/Willow Street, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No nights or weekends required)
Position Highlights- Competitive $500/hour compensation
- Consistent weekday schedule
- Work within a respected federal healthcare system
All candidates must have:
- Active, full, and unrestricted U.S. medical license (any state/territory/DC)
- Board Certification in Urology
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Ongoing compliance with continuing medical education (CME) requirements
Candidates must be highly skilled and experienced in a wide range of advanced urologic procedures, including:
- Partial & radical nephrectomy (robotic/open)
- Radical prostatectomy (robotic)
- Simple prostatectomy (robotic)
- Varicocele repair (robotic)
- Partial cystectomy (robotic)
- Prostate fusion biopsy
- Vasovasostomy
- Comprehensive endourology
- Complex urodynamics
- Management of sexual dysfunction & recurrent UTIs
To meet contract standards, proposed candidates are highly preffered to have:
- Complex urodynamics
- Treatment of urinary incontinence & pelvic organ prolapse
- Sling procedures & periurethral bulking
- Sacrocolpopexy & Burch procedures (robotic)
- Pelvic floor pain management
- Sexual dysfunction treatment
- Recurrent UTI care
- InterStim therapy
- Experience with DaVinci robotic surgery
