Responsibilities:

• Efficiently install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct startup procedures and troubleshoot a diverse range of residential HVAC systems.
• Forge enduring customer relationships; continually enhance understanding of customer needs and expectations.
• Undertake additional tasks as delegated.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (3) years of experience in residential HVAC installation.
• Possession of EPA Universal Certification with proficient knowledge of R-410a.
• Familiarity with fiberglass and metal ductwork installation.
• Experience in control wiring.
• Hold a valid Driver's License with a clean record for the past five (5) years.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
