About the Role:

The Server Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests. This position involves assisting servers by preparing tables, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Customer service training or certification.
• Ability to lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) safely.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Assist servers in setting up and clearing tables before, during, and after service.
• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Support servers by refilling water glasses, bringing extra utensils, and responding to guest requests.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
