Lot Attendant
Position Type: Full-Time

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Lot Attendant to support daily operations by working between multiple departments. This position is responsible for assisting with the movement, organization, and handling of vehicles, materials, and equipment throughout the facility while helping departments maintain an efficient workflow.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Move and organize vehicles, materials, and equipment throughout the lot and designated areas.
• Assist various departments with daily operational needs.
• Safely operate a forklift to move and position materials.
• Load, unload, stage, and transport materials as needed.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and department leaders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors and remain active throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently as well as with multiple departments.
• Must be willing to assist wherever operational needs require.

Preferred Qualification

• CDL License preferred. Qualified candidates who possess a valid CDL may be eligible for additional compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
