As a 3rd shift Cooler Warehouse Operator, you will be part of the warehouse support team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in a refrigerated environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 3rd shift Cooler Warehouse Operator

Location: Sharpsville, PA

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday thru Friday 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

What's the Job?

• Responsible for accurately loading and unloading trucks, ensuring timely and correct deliveries.
• Organizing inventory within a refrigerated environment to maintain proper product rotation (FIFO).
• Picking, packing, and palletizing products to prepare orders for shipment.
• Operating pallet jacks and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Performing cycle counts and maintaining accurate records of stock movement.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or production environments is preferred.
• Ability to work in cold environments and lift heavy items safely.
• Proficiency in operating hand trucks and electric pallet jacks.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
