A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Full-Time, On-Site, 2 nd Shift, Correctional Nurse in Coal Township, PA!

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care during our 2nd shift. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications and treatments, documenting care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Correctional Nurse Compensation

• The pay for this position is $40/hr
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Correctional Nurse Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Second Shift with Rotating Weekends – 2pm-10:30pm

Correctional Nurse Responsibilities

· Provide direct nursing care to residents/patients in accordance with care plans

· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

· Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition

· Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary staff

· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

· Ensure compliance with all facility policies and healthcare regulations

· Support a safe, clean, and professional care environment

Correctional Nurse Requirements

· Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania

· Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

· Ability to work evening shifts and rotating weekends

· Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented approach to care
