Key Responsibilities:

General Maintenance and Repairs:
Perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general handyman services.

Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:
Quickly assess and resolve issues with practical, high-quality solutions.

Timely Work Order Completion:
Complete assigned jobs within agreed timeframes without compromising on craftsmanship.
