CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTITIVE Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm )

• Process customer orders from email, portals, phone, and Netsuite while managing inbound shipments and confirmations.
• Maintain accurate records by updating inventory, auditing billing codes, and supporting invoice accuracy.
• Build new items in the WMS system and assist with freight arrangements, carrier issues, and damage reports.
• Support smooth operations by running reports, completing paperwork, and cross-training with CSR team members.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTITIVE Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills. Good computer skills. Ability to multitask and follow processes accurately.
• Comfortable learning computer systems, entering data, and running basic reports.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work well with a team.
• Able to stay organized while managing multiple tasks, orders, and follow ups.
