Overview

System One is seeking a technically strong and collaborative IT Systems Analyst to support and enhance our client’s enterprise systems environment in York, PA. This role serves as a key bridge between business operations and IT, with a focus on ERP systems, integrations, and workflow automation .

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience working within ERP platforms, supporting system integrations, and developing scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing system performance, streamlining business processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the organization’s ERP system, including troubleshooting issues, managing upgrades, and implementing system enhancements
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and data integrity across business applications
• Design, support, and maintain integrations between ERP and third-party systems using APIs, middleware, or integration tools
• Develop and optimize automated workflows to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency
• Assist in data mapping, data flow design, and system interface management
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Sales) to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors for system enhancements and integration efforts
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives to improve visibility into business operations
• Configure and maintain user roles, permissions, and system security settings
• Ensure systems and processes comply with internal policies and data governance standards
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials
• Provide end-user training and support to drive system adoption and efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience supporting or working with ERP systems in a business environment
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
• Experience with system integrations, including APIs (REST/SOAP), data flows, or middleware tools
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Technical, Database Administration, ERP, API, SQL
