Class A Regional Truck Driver
We are looking for experienced Class A-CDL drivers for a position that covers our Northeast Regional fleet. The job is mileage-based pay with additional compensation and bonuses, full benefits package and a guaranteed weekly home time.
Position Details:
- $0.80-$0.85 per mile, depending on experience (20% of our drivers bring home $1,900+)
- Performance Bonus: up to an additional 3 CPM
- Additional Pay: Stop pay, Detention pay
- Sign-on Bonus : $4,000 in total
- Full Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision and Health Insurance, 401(k) retirement programme and Paid Vacation
- Regional Routes from NC to ME to OH, averaging around 1,500 miles per week
- Home every Saturday and Sunday, 34h reset (drivers can stay out longer for extra miles and pay)
- Primarily No-Touch Freight, a combination of preloaded trailers and live loads
- Newer automatic tractors, Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth
- 24h staff support on site and no forced NYC (but is a plus if driver accepts to go there)
Requirements and Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A license
- One of the following experience options:
- At least 3 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience plus completion of 120+ hours at a truck driving school within the past 12 months
- 6 months of verifiable OTR, regional or local tractor-trailer experience in the past 12 months
- 12 months of verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years
- Must meet hiring and DOT requirements
- Clean MVR
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch, customers and fellow colleagues
