Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Psychologist position is available to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Lancaster, PA. This contract role spans the entire school year and offers opportunities for professionals experienced in providing prehensive psychological services within educational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to support student learning and well-being
- Collaborate with the autism team to provide specialized support and guidance
- Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide consultation to teachers, parents, and staff regarding student needs and intervention strategies
- Assist in data collection and analysis for student progress monitoring
- Support crisis intervention and behavioral planning as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure relevant to the state
- Experience working within K-12 educational settings
- Strong skills in administering and interpreting psychoeducational assessments
- Familiarity with autism spectrum disorder and related intervention strategies
- Excellent munication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases and collaborate effectively across teams
Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania
