Treasury Management Specialist

Location: Gettysburg, PA (onsite)

As a Treasury Management Specialist, you play a critical role in supporting business clients with the digital banking tools that power their daily financial operations. You’ll be the go-to expert for resolving issues, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth, secure transaction processing — all while delivering an experience that sets ACNB Bank apart.

What Sets You Up for Success

• 3+ years of experience supporting Treasury Management, business banking operations, commercial cash services, or similar banking roles;
• Working knowledge of treasury products (ACH, wire origination, RDC, fraud prevention tools, etc.);
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
• Confidence learning and navigating multiple banking systems quickly;
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with business clients;
• Organized and able to balance multiple requests while meeting deadlines;
• Solid MS Office proficiency and comfort with digital banking tools.

1. Become the SME for commercial treasury platforms
   Within 90 days, master key systems (Business Online Banking, ACH/Wires, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, ICS, Q2, Fiserv, Nautilus) and independently resolve client needs with minimal guidance.
2. Deliver exceptional support to business clients
   Handle high-priority requests via phone/email—including password resets, fraud concerns, wire and ACH inquiries—with quick turnaround and positive satisfaction feedback.
3. Ensure smooth, secure transaction operations
   Daily, process incoming wires, verify ACH activity, monitor RDC deposit activity, manage ICS transfers, and review risk and regulatory reports with zero significant errors.
4. Strengthen client relationships and product adoption
   Identify opportunities for product enhancements or training and transition qualified leads to the Treasury Management Officer.
5. Own the onboarding and documentation experience
   Partner with implementation teams to complete agreements, approvals, and setups accurately and on schedule for new and existing business clients.
6. Keep technology and equipment on track

Assist with RDC scanner inventory and supply distribution with complete accuracy and timely fulfillment.

1. Support operational excellence and compliance

Follow internal controls, risk management procedures, and audit requirements — proactively escalating any irregularities.
