Thornton CDJR Accounting Position

Thornton Auto Group of York County, Pennsylvania, has an immediate opening for a Corporate Accountant/Controller at our Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership in Red Lion, PA.

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree with experience in Private or Public Accounting. Some experience is necessary. Knowledge of automotive accounting is not necessary. (will train)

· Great attitude, ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and well organized.

· Ability to oversee a small supportive clerical staff.

Our dealerships are clients of a large accounting firm in Camp Hill, PA, that represents over 150 automotive dealerships in the mid-Atlantic region. Their vast knowledge of dealership accounting means you will have the support you need, available always.

Specific automotive accounting training will be provided, as well as training on the dealership's computer management system. (DMS)

If you are highly considered for the job, you will have an opportunity to speak directly with our CPA and ask any questions related to accounting or specifically about our business.

This position is a salary position with bonus opportunity. With excellent benefits and other perks. We have a reputation for paying well and will discuss pay when we have a better understanding of your level of experience and capabilities.
