Director of Projects and External Communications
Salary: $67,388.00 - $76,177.00 Annually
Job Number: E2026-0036 Job Summary This position will coordinate, implement, and contribute to major college initiatives identified by the Dean by managing multi-departmental projects; monitoring progress on key initiatives via data collection and analysis; developing and executing external communication strategies with the College Advisory Council and community partners; supervising student workers and graduate assistants on projects that include a College newsletter and social media; leading and contributing to planning of College events; and coordinating with colleagues to support other projects through to completion. Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- At least two years of experience in higher education
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data analysis skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, InDesign, Adobe suite
- Experience supervising student workers
- Experience working with faculty and others in academic affairs
- Experience with project management
