- Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Use the nursing process to individualize care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate and support patients and families
- Supervise/support nursing staff
- Follow departmental and nursing practice standards
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Active Pennsylvania RN license
- BLS certification
- Mother/Baby or related experience preferred
- 1 year specialty experience preferred
- BSN preferred
