About Us: We are a premium dental laboratory known for our excellence in anterior esthetic restorations and full-arch implant cases (All-on-X). As we grow, we’re seeking an experienced Dental Technician to join our collaborative team and contribute to our esthetic workflow, particularly with zirconia cases.

We are looking for an Experienced Dental Technician who is proficient in contouring, fitting, and glazing zirconia crowns over preps and implant abutments. This full-time, on-site role involves both hands-on artistry and digital workflow, including operation of the zirconia mill and participation in other lab duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Contour and glaze zirconia crowns and bridges, focusing on natural anatomy and high esthetics, especially for anterior restorations.
• Follow detailed case prescriptions and collaborate closely with the team for case planning and consistency.
• Nest and mill zirconia restorations using CAD/CAM software, cut units from discs, and manage sintering processes (training available if needed).
• Assist with overflow lab tasks as required, contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring tools and materials are properly handled.

• Minimum 3 years of experience with zirconia esthetic restorations.
• Proven skill in producing lifelike anterior cases with detailed contours and natural finishes.
• Familiarity with full-arch / All-on-X workflows is a plus.
• Strong hand skills with an eye for detail, anatomy, and color matching.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised, managing tasks efficiently.
• Must be local and available to work on-site during lab hours.
