SENIOR LOAN ADMINISTRATOR
:
JOB FUNCTION / PURPOSE: The principal goal of the Senior Loan Administrator is to support the day-to-day operation of the Corporate Banking department. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES / OBJECTIVES: - Respond to customers' service questions or concerns in a discrete, timely, accurate and courteous manner.
- Maintain current knowledge on new operations, policies, and procedures
- Complete loan input sheets to ensure loans are set up and maintained properly, following all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
- Ensure that all bank required documents (i.e., flood certifications, OFAC, etc) are accurate and received prior to loan funding.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, composing letters, answering phones, filing, compiling data for reporting purposes.
- Work closely with and support lenders and other staff and departments.
- Assist Construction Admin as needs arise.
- Perform any job-related task as defined and deemed necessary by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma/GED required
- Minimum 2 years banking or admin experience required
- Good math aptitude
- Must have experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good organizational/priority setting skills; ability to work on multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
