You are applying for work with a franchisee of Dunkin' Donuts /Baskin-Robbins, not Dunkin' Brands, Inc. or any of its affiliates. Assistant Managers at Bowers Donuts (DBA Dunkin' Donuts) are a part of the store leadership team, all working together under a Store Director. They will be trained and then be responsible for one of three main departments within the store. These departments include People, Systems, and Off Shift. All Assistants at Bowers Donuts are trained to function in any of those three departments, and their responsibilities may change with time to be over any one of those departments at any of the locations within the company.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Scheduling all staff within a single location.
• Monitoring and submitting payroll requests.
• Refining, Coordinating, and Following through on training of team members.
• Inventorying of all items within a location.
• Monitoring and implementing systems to improve food cost within the location.
• Monitor and improve food safety and safety systems within a location.
• Ensure company initiatives and Store Director vision is shared with teams on all shifts.
• Monitor and supervise leadership on any shifts within a location.
• Provide assistance, as necessary, to store and company leadership.

Requirements:

• Open Availability within business hours. This is not an "On Call" position.
• Ability to work at any of 3 locations. (Will be assigned to only one store at any time.)
• Previous leadership experience over teams of employees. 2+ years preferred.
• Restaurant Experience of any type. 2+ years preferred.
• A positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
