Imagine starting your day at our Cranberry Township, PA store, lights on at 7:00am. The first customer needs a precise tint; you dial in the formula and mix a perfect match. A contractor calls—order placed over the phone, you pull product from the warehouse and stage it for pickup. Mid-morning, you help a DIYer choose the right primer, then load a few 5-gallon buckets—heavy lifting is part of the rhythm here. After lunch, you process online orders at the POS, tidy shelves, and, if trained, make a quick local delivery using a company vehicle. By late afternoon, the store is clean, organized, and ready for the next day.

What you’ll handle

• Counter support for retail and contractor customers—assess needs, offer solutions, and recommend add-ons to make their jobs easier.
• Mixing, tinting, and matching paint to exact specifications.
• Warehouse tasks: safely moving, loading, unloading, and stocking products.
• Processing orders and payments in person, by phone, online, and via email using our POS system.
• Maintaining a clean, well-stocked sales floor.
• Local deliveries with company vehicles (training provided).
• Reporting directly to the Store Manager.

Schedule and pay

• Part-time, approximately 25–30 hours per week (day shift within store hours).
• Store hours: Monday–Friday 7:00am–5:00pm; Saturday 8:00am–12:00pm; Sunday closed.
• Starting pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour.

What you bring

• Age 18+.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license in your state of residence with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 lbs periodically and 50 lbs regularly.
• Customer-first mindset, team orientation, and a stable work history.
• Availability for flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
• Comfort interacting with customers and performing heavy lifting.
