Retail Roofing & Siding Sales Rep

Guardian Roofing & Siding – Trusted in residential roofing and siding with $60M installed over 15 years – is expanding into retail sales! We’re looking for a top-performing in-home closer to join our new division and grow into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week - No cold calling or door knocking required
• Earn more commission for self-generated business
• Attend weekly sales meetings
• Present financing options
• Track every appointment and opportunity using Guardian’s CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing to refine leads and sales strategies

Who We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of in-home roofing/siding sales experience
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work a 5-day work week between Monday-Saturday, Saturdays are mandatory
• Is coachable and eager to learn
• Strong closer with experience in financing and CRM usage
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and disciplined
• Willingness to travel within a 60-mile radius of Southampton, PA

Schedule:

• Appointments are scheduled at 10am, 2pm, 6pm on Monday-Friday
• Saturday appointments are scheduled at 10am, and 2pm.
