Key Job Details – Pennsylvania Nursing Jobs

• Location: Lebanon, PA 17042 (Central Pennsylvania healthcare jobs)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (September 22, 2025 – December 22, 2025)
• Shift: 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), every other weekend, holiday rotation
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1830 - $1880
• Setting: 32-bed Step Down Intermediate Care Unit (3 South); float to other clinical units as needed
• Orientation: 8 hours

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license (RN jobs in Pennsylvania)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA or ARC)
• EPIC charting experience required
• NIHSS certification preferred
• Ability to float to rehab and stroke units
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
• Comfortable caring for COVID patients
• Tobacco and fragrance-free healthcare facility

RN Responsibilities – Clinical Support

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with cardiac disease, stroke, and acute medical conditions
• Monitor and interpret telemetry, manage cardiac drips (no titration), and respond to rapid response situations
• Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and provide wound care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and social services
• Float to other clinical units as needed (CHF, respiratory illness, arrhythmias, post-surgical care)
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC electronic health records
• Participate in holiday and weekend rotations
