Now Hiring: Community Support Professionals (CSPs) & Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Join the Gifted Potentials Team!
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour
Schedule: Flexible Part-Time Opportunities (6–30 hours per week) At Gifted Potentials , we believe every individual deserves compassionate, person-centered support that empowers them to thrive. We are seeking dedicated, patient, and dependable Community Support Professionals (CSPs) and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual, developmental, and hearing disabilities. - Provide individualized support in the home and community.
- Assist individuals with achieving personal goals and increasing independence.
- Support community integration, recreational outings, and social engagement.
- Assist with daily living activities as needed.
- Encourage independence while promoting dignity, respect, and safety.
- Document services accurately and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required background clearances
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community
- Direct Support Professional or Community Support experience
- Starting pay of $20.00 per hour
