What will your day look like? At Aerotech, you will:

  • Use Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software to determine production requirements and to monitor, analyze, and control production workflow
  • Determine sales order delivery schedules based on production capacity
  • Schedule work orders based on production capacity, inventory levels, and ship-by dates
  • Proactively identify and mitigate barriers to on-time shipments, such as part shortages, capacity issues and vendor delays
  • Prepare production packets for work orders
  • Conduct root cause analysis on scheduling delays
  • Analyze production trends to identify process improvements
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure on-time deliveries

What will separate you from the rest? Experience with:

  • At least 2 years of related experience and/or training in planning or purchasing preferred
  • Creating charts, graphs, figures in support of data analysis
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees within the organization

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Business Administration, Interdisciplinary Business with Engineering Studies, or related field of study.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship. Aerotech does not provide U.S. work authorization sponsorship for this position. OPT and CPT visa holders are not eligible for employment if they will need work authorization sponsorship at any time in the future.
