Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Own the guest experience by maintaining high service standards and managing VIP sections and private events.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a dynamic team during both daytime social programming and late-night operations.
• Nightly Operations: Oversee the smooth transition from daytime to nighttime energy, ensuring high-level execution across all aspects of service.
• Bottle Service Management: Develop and manage bottle service and VIP programs, creating an engaging environment for guests.
• Event Coordination: Collaborate with event planners to execute concert-adjacent hospitality and special events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in managing upscale nightlife, rooftop venues, live music concepts, or elevated clubs.
• Proven track record with bottle service and VIP program management.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage fundamentals, including labor management, pour costs, and controls.
• Experience in late-night crowd and team management.
• Currently employed in a comparable concept; no exceptions.

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring availability for late-night shifts and weekends.
