Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to individuals within the corrections setting, within the scope of an LPN.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration in the medical record per policy.
- Conduct routine assessments, monitor vital signs, and identify changes in patient condition; escalate as needed.
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and basic treatment procedures under supervision.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and effective communication with the interdisciplinary team.
- Adhere to safety, security, and facility policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing to practice nursing.
- Ability to work evenings (15:00–23:00) and participate in every other weekend schedule as required.
- Strong clinical skills including vital signs, medication administration, and basic wound care.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Eligible to work in the United States and able to pass standard background checks and screenings as required.
